When you place a custom order with your own logo or design a $25 Digitized fee is apply to any order. You can waive this fee by ordering 12 or more items

Yes, no extra fee when you choose the colors and fonts available online. If you would a specific font please contact for a quote request
What is the average turnaround time for embroidery orders?
This depends on the size of the order and how special is the order. For example if it is an item we sell online like our personalized towel the turnaround time is 2 business day + 2 to 5 days shipping depending on how close you are to our warehouse in NJ

Do you have a minimum order quantity for custom embroidery
For items already selling online like our personalized towels no, but for special orders like a hat or uniform for your business with your logo yes, which is 3 items + $25 digitizing fee which is waived on orders over 12 items
Can I see a sample of my design before placing a large order?
Yes, we are happy to show you the final results before we go ahed with the full production. This is only applicable for orders over 24 pcs
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
TIFF, JPG, PNG, & PDF. if you have any other type of file let us know we 100% we can make it work
Is there a limit to the size or complexity of a design that can be embroidered?
No design is complex to embroidered however, it all will depends on the size of the design. If the the design is very complex and is going on hat there may be some limitations. There are size limitation which is 12.5x.15.5in for any flat item like jackets and towels. We can embroider larger designs only in selected items
Can I order personalized towels with different names or initials
es, you can! however that would be a special request which you can by summiting a quote request. We will get back to you no later that 12hrs

Do you offer international shipping for embroidery orders?
Yes, if you can't check out or pay because it says you are outside of united states please contact us by using the chat button on the Bottom right corner and we will get back to as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my embroidery order after it has been placed?
Yes, only if it is within a 3 hours after placing your order
What is your return or exchange policy for customized items?
No return can be accepted since these are custom items that can't be re-sell however, if you received a wrong or damage item you can be re-assured we can giving you a refund or re-do it at no cost
Can I order embroidery for promotional products or corporate gifts?
Yes, our minimum quantity is 3 items! + digitizing fees
